Working principle
High efficiency partition filters are mainly used for air suspended particles below 0.3m. They are widely used in industries such as electronics, semiconductors, precision machinery, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, and food that require high cleanliness for final filtration in civilian or industrial clean plants. The high-efficiency partition filter uses ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper as the filter material and separates it with materials such as adhesive paper and aluminum foil.
