Due to the use of stainless steel material, it has good corrosion resistance such as acid, alkali, and salt resistance, and can be used in various harsh chemical environments.
Stainless steel wire has high strength and toughness, which enables stainless steel wire mesh to withstand large tensile and compressive forces, and is not easily deformed or broken.
Different precision filtration can be achieved according to different mesh sizes and weaving methods, effectively filtering out various impurities and particles.

Weaving method
Plain weave: The warp and weft threads are interwoven vertically every other thread, which is the most common weaving method. The mesh surface is flat, the structure is sturdy, the aperture is uniform, and the filtration accuracy is high.
Twill weaving: The warp and weft threads are interwoven with each other every two threads, that is, the interweaving method of warp and weft threads is one up and two down. Compared with plain weaving, the mesh of twill weaving is diamond shaped, the mesh surface is softer, the filtration flow rate is high, and the circulation performance is excellent.
Seat weaving: Using warp and weft threads of different thicknesses for weaving, the density of warp and weft threads can vary greatly, forming different mesh shapes and sizes, with the characteristics of good filtering accuracy and high contrast mesh load strength.
Crimping weaving: Stainless steel wire is rolled into various shapes of mesh holes, such as diamond, square, circular, etc., by a embossing machine. The mesh holes are sturdy and durable, not easily deformed, and have strong tensile and impact resistance. They are commonly used for screening and filtering in industries such as mining, petroleum, and chemical.
